Boston Terriers
RuckerRun Boston Terriers is currently a small hobby sized breeding kennel dedicated to raising and promoting the Boston Terrier breed. Linda Rucker is the owner and passion behind these amazing dogs. RuckerRun is located in North Florida on a small family farm where they grow elderberries and raise and promote Rocky Mountain horses.
From humble beginnings in 2006 RuckerRun Boston Terriers began with 3 Boston Terrier sisters named Snickers, KK (Kadee Kate), and Tika-all living their best life with family members. RuckerRun Boston Terriers was originally named RuckerRun Dog Co. In the early years from 2006 to 2019. In 2019 a name change was made to RuckerRun Boston Terriers to solidify their passion for this particular breed of dog. The goal has remained the same over the years: to raise healthy, smart, and good looking AKC registered family dogs.
RuckerRun is now in their fifth generation of home grown Boston Terriers. Their Bostons are full panel, DNA health tested for all testable diseases affecting the Boston terrier breed. Their dogs see the veterinarian for check ups for heart, lungs, eyes and patellas along with general overall health.
RuckerRun has always promoted the American Kennel Club and strives to pursue the breed standard with a few color exceptions. AKC allows registration of certain colors in addition to those of the Boston Terrier Club of America standard colors. The standard colors are black, brindle and seal, and RuckerRun also raises blue, lilac and red, or chocolate all with the remarkable white tuxedo- the Boston Terrier is well known. All puppies are AKC registered.
Linda and her family pray over each of their puppies and their future owners for good health and a loving home. RuckerRun family members also pray for and support American military veterans because without them there would be no " Land of the Free". Linda, along with many past and present family members, are veterans of the US military. They are proud to serve this great country we call home. ​God Bless America
